The Dharampal Satyapal Charitable Trust (Regd.), setup in 1993, leverages social action by administering educational aid, organizing eye check-up camps, and sponsoring talent search, competitions among the school children, besides providing medical aid.

Amongst other societal offerings, the Trust has set up a yoga and nature cure center, Swasthyagram, to provide treatment for all chronic and acute diseases based on the principles of Naturopathy.

Modern medicine has made exceptional progress in the last two centuries. Some people, in utter disregard to physician's advice, use drugs and medicines indiscriminately, thereby leading to deleterious effects on patients. Often such effects turn out to be permanent. An overwhelming number of scientists and physicians now believe in the promotion of treatment of chronic and acute diseases and conditions through natural recourses.

Keeping this in view, the Trust has founded Swasthyagram, a multi-facility nature cure hospital located near Manesar, Haryana, close to Delhi. The hospital is fully equipped with ultra-modern equipments, Meditation/Yoga Hall, Gymnasium and provides treatment for all chronic and acute diseases based on naturopathic principles of cure.
